Andrei Koudine is Diploma Engineer in Physics, Moscow Institute of Physics & Techniques, Russia, PhD in Materials Sciences from Paris VI University, and Post-graduate degree in Industrial Property Law (Patents, Trademarks and Design Patents), Center for International Intellectual Property Studies. Andrei began his career in 1998 as a research engineer in R&D Laboratories at L’Oreal. During 6 years, Andrei acquired extensive knowledge of the innovation issues and strategies of the industrial group. In 2004-2005, his scientific skills are completed by a year of post-graduate studies of Intellectual Property Law at CEIPI in Strasbourg.

In 2015, after 10 years acting as a patent engineer in various firms, Andrei becomes President and Co-founder of the Industrial Property Consulting Firm based in Paris. Andrei advises and supports French and foreign clients in the field of physics, mechanics, electro technics, telecommunications, IT, measurement devices, equipment, materials and nanoparticles.

He assists and represents clients in protecting their inventions worldwide, advises in the development of their IP strategies (technical and legal opinions, freedom to operate opinions, developing offensive or defensive strategies and drafting IP agreements). With his professional (scientific labs, industry and consutling) background, Andrei Koudine is regularly associated, in his quality of European and French Patent Attorney, by Marc Henri Ménard, to innovation, technology transfer and training projects, in particular in France, in Russia and in Eurasia.
